If the world has been driven to its current state by belief, supposition, understanding, insight, knowledge, or superstition: then perhaps it is time to recognize those machinations of the mind for what they are and re-frame each of those as simply a hypothesis.

Hypothesis is a proposed explanation made on the basis of limited evidence as a starting point for further investigation. If this, then that.

This shift can be applied to anything big or small (life transforming or seemingly urgent). Many have described this as a scientific method.

Concepts of good and bad start with personal judgement about perspectives. Their very nature limits the observation to time and place. The alternative to these judgments is discernment; simply asking, with childlike curiosity, ‘what is this and why is it this way?’
This shift changes the dynamic of all communication, internal and external.
If we could individually and collectively make this shift, then the world would be a better place.
